Where are you located?

The VACUUM OUTLET is located in Pennington Gap, at the tip of beautiful southwest Virginia.

How long have you been in business?

We've been in the vacuum industry since 1987 and have been serving the internet community since 1997. In late 1998 we expanded to our current location allowing us to more than double our on-hand inventory.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa and Mastercard for your convienence. You also have the option of mailing in your payment.

I need parts for my machine. Can you help?

We specialize in hard to find parts. Give us a call, or email us (include your phone number and best time to call), and we'll be glad to help out. We have access to over 30,000 different parts for most models.

I'm a little worried about ordering over the internet. Is there another way to order?

We've yet to have a problem with our state-of-the-art SECURE online ordering system, but if you feel more comfortable, you may call us with your order. You can also pay by check or money order, whichever is more convenient for you.

What makes reconditioned machines such an outstanding value?

Our machines come from different sources - overstocked distributors, demo models, repo's, etc. - we buy in volume and pass the savings on to you.

All of our machines are completely disassembled, inspected, and cleaned - motors are rebuilt or replaced, and the machines are reassembled and thoroughly tested again by two technicians. We also include new hoses, attachments, and many other parts. That's how we can confidently offer the warranties we do.

Basically, you get a 'like-new' machine with an outstanding warranty for less than one-half the cost of a new unit.

How do your warranties work?

If it's a minor problem, call us and we'll send you the parts. If it's a major problem, you can return the machine to us, and we'll repair it and return it by 2-day express mail. Also, we may refer you to an authorized repair shop in your area, in which case we will pay the repair bill for you. This saves you shipping time and gets your machine back to you faster.

Why should we order a machine from you?

Our goal is to provide the highest-quality unit you will find on the internet. Obviously if you buy a high-end machine, it should last you 10-15 years. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer, and hopefully you'll refer your friends and family to us also. Happy customers referring their friends has been the secret of our growth.

What are the return policies?

Defective and/or warrantied items will be repaired or replaced, and we will pay the return postage back to you. Non-defective returns will not be accepted.

Basically, we treat everyone the way we like to be treated. We have to have these policies to keep things fair and keep the prices low for everyone. We'll do our best to keep you satisfied. We want you telling your friends about us!!!
